1. Before Submission of an article, authors should carefully read the Publication Ethics, and Plagiarism Policy of the IEEE Conferences.
2. Authors should ensure that the work has not been published previously and it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
3. Publication must be approved by all authors of the paper.
4. Authors should carefully list and order their names on the first page of the article. An author's name will not be added or deleted after submission.
5. An article should be written in good English.
1. Authors need to register for ICE TECC Account and then Authors may submit an article through our on line submission system as a doc, docx, pdf or rtf file.
2. A full paper submission is required.
3. The paper should be no more than 6 pages double column size in the proper format
4. The online registration should be filled properly with all affliations, however in the Article, name and affliation of authors must be removed for blind review process. Any author failed to remove their names and affliation from paper file (i.e. PDF, DOC, DOCX, or RTF file) will be directly rejected without sending it to reviewers.
5. Authors should note that all submitted articles are refereed through a double blind peer review process which means that author's identities remain unknown to reviewers and vice versa throughout the reviewing process.
6. Submissions must be no longer than 6 pages for regular paper and must be formatted in the two-column IEEE conference format. Papers must be in PDF format and submitted electronically through online Paper submission process. Papers will not be accepted in any other format.
7. The format of the manuscript is Abstract of up to 250 words, up to 06 keywords, introduction then main body of the paper ending with conclusion followed by acknowledgement and list of references.
8. References should be cited in the text by number within square brackets. At the end of the paper, they should be listed in the order in which they appear in the text. The conference follows IEEE referencing style.
1. Authors will be notified about the acceptance / rejection of the paper through email or they can check it through their ICE TECC account dashboard.
2. Upon acceptance of an article, authors will sign copyright and Authorship form.
3. Accepted manuscript will be sent to the corresponding author for proof reading. No editing or proofreading will be allowed after publication of an article
4. The authors, who requested for submission to MEHRAN UNIVERSITY RESEARCH JOURNAL will be requested to submit extended version of their article, which will be then sent for another review by the JOURNAL for publishing.

The authors need to download IEEEXplore conference template and remove their names and affliation from paper PDF for blind review.
The participants interested in Poster Presentation need to register online and pay the fees, further instructions will be communicated to them via their given email addresses. The poster should have same fields as defined in this poster. A template in Power Point is given here to download.
The poster should have width of 4ft and height of 3ft.
All the participants will get a participation certificate.
One poster will get the cash prize for Best Poster.
