Multi-Lingual Phishing Detection System

ABSTRACT
Phishing is most used social engineering attack that is used by attackers to gain unauthorized access to sensitive information like username, passwords, financial information or other personal information about user. Due to rise of these attacks globally there is huge need for effective robust system that effectively work and detect the phishing attempts. This paper present the robust solution for phishing detection name Multi-Lingual Phishing Detection System. This system is designed to identify the phishing attempts in multi-language including English, Urdu, Roman. In the effective approach we integrate our system by using advanced techniques, a Feed forward Neural Network based deep learning model for training, the keyword analysis system and URL detection system with real time analysis. The main features of this system is to detect message keywords in different languages, real time detection , URL detection by using advanced scoring algorithms and heuristic-based analysis. The system is evaluated by using precision, recall, F1-score, ROC-AUC metrics. The system’s accuracy is so perfect that accurately make difference between phishing and legitimate data by using the databases. Our proposed solution provide a user friendly interface, protect the personal environment of users by detecting the phishing and legitimate data and will update continuously.
